Proposed projects
- 01 680 acres reserved for a green field city.
- 02 A 30 km western bypass proposed from Niravali to Rampura.

- 04 37 acres allotted for a Sashastra Seema Bal training centre.
- 05 302 acres proposed for an electronics hub within the SADA area.
How properties are allotted
- 1 Disposals above ₹2.00 crore are tendered through MP Tenders and those below ₹2.00 crore through MP Online.
- 2 The offset price for a disposal is fixed according to the current Collector guideline.
- 3 Any interested individual or organisation may take part and apply online.
- 4 The plot is allotted to the bidder who offers the highest price.
- 5 Allotment proceeds strictly on the conditions stated in the tender.
- 6 The decision of the Authority on land allotment is final.
Amenities provided by SADA
Roads
- A 48 km road network laid out according to the master plan.
- Four connections to Gwalior city — Purani Chhawni, Motijheel, Gol Pahadia and Rairu Niravali.
- 12 km from the railway station and bus stand, 14 km from the airport.
Water supply
- A 20 MLD water treatment plant in operation.
- Overhead tanks of 3,900 KL and 3,150 KL capacity.
- A full pipeline network laid for distribution.
Sewerage
- A 15 MLD sewage treatment plant is proposed.
- Internal sewer lines are already in place.
Power
- 132 KVA and 33 KVA substations have been built.
- Internal and external electrification is complete and the whole area is supplied.
Other amenities
- A nationalised bank operates from the Sheetla Sahai administrative building.
- Educational institutions, colleges and schools operate within the Authority area.
- Seventy shops and one community hall are ready for use.
