Where material is republished, the Authority must be credited as the source. Permission to reproduce any material identified as belonging to a third party must be obtained from the copyright holder concerned.
Hyperlinking policy
Prior permission is not required to link directly to pages on this website. We ask only that our pages are not opened inside a frame on the linking site, and that it is clear to the reader that they are moving to a new window.
This website links in places to the websites of other organisations. Such links are provided for convenience. The Authority is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those websites, nor does it endorse them.
Privacy policy
This website does not collect personal information from ordinary visitors. Details such as your name, address or telephone number are stored only if you choose to supply them by submitting a form.
To count document downloads, a salted hash of your internet address is stored — never the address itself. This allows the Authority to know how often a document was downloaded without being able to identify who downloaded it.
There is no advertising and no third-party analytics on this website. No cookie is stored in an ordinary visitor’s browser. Your text-size preference is kept only in your own browser and is never transmitted.
When a member of staff signs in, a session cookie is stored solely for authentication. Actions taken in the management area are recorded in an activity log.
The typefaces on this website are served by Google Fonts, so opening a page discloses your internet address to that service. No other third-party service is used.
Terms, conditions and disclaimer
Material on this website is provided for general information only. Although every effort is made to keep it accurate and current, it should not be treated as a legal document or as a substitute for any statutory instrument.
In matters relating to a tender, the conditions stated in the attached original tender document prevail. Where the two differ, the original document is final.
The Authority accepts no liability for any loss arising from an error, an omission, or the website being unavailable. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
Content review and archival
Tender notices are published with the date they were issued. Once the closing date has passed a tender moves to the “expired” category, but remains available on the website as a record.
Contact details and the list of administrative staff are updated as soon as they change. Any error may be reported to the office.
